The principals, Doug Adams and Michael Rasser, have a combined 35 years of experience in real estate and construction. They have a proven ability of locating property that is subject to redevelopment at good price points and creating additional value through redevelopment.
Cornerstone Equity is proud to work with it’s business partner Construction Management Associates (CMA) on many of our projects. CMA has the contacts, skill and experience to bring projects in on time and under budget. CMA oversees the design, engineering and architectural aspects, interfaces with the City Planning and building departments and manages the construction phase.
Cornerstone Equity, LLC is a Colorado Limited liability Company that focuses upon commercial redevelopment in the area of Aurora, Co.The Company has been acquiring property in this area since 2000 and currently holds twelve commercial properties. We have recently moved our corporate offices from Cherry Creek, Denver, to 1440 Iola, Aurora, Co.
